Receipts
Signed-in customers can view receipts for their charged requests.
What's on it
- Venue name and logo
- Song title, artist, and dedication
- Billed email, payment date, and payment status
- Charged amount, refunds, and remaining total
Access
- Customers: sign in and open a receipt from account history or billing.
- Guest checkout: Stripe sends the charge receipt to the checkout email.
- Only the customer, assigned venue or organization managers, and platform administrators can open an in-app receipt. Knowing an email or receipt number is not enough.
