My requests & live status
Every request you make is tracked in real time on the venue's page and in your account.
The Mine highlight
On the venue page, any song you requested is marked with a Mine badge and a subtle glow. As it moves through the queue, the badge updates automatically.
Status transitions
- Queued → waiting for the DJ.
- Playing → live on the speakers. You'll see a small pulse animation.
- Played → the song finished. Your card was charged.
- Declined → the DJ passed. Reason and any note are shown. Your hold is released.
Tip
Transitions trigger a toast notification so you don't have to keep watching the screen.
Persistence
We remember your requests for 6 hours on the device you used, so the Mine highlight survives page reloads. Signed-in accounts get permanent history under Account → History.
What if I close the page?
Nothing changes. The request still moves through the queue and your card is still handled correctly. Come back any time to see updates, or check your email/receipt.
