Billing & revshare
How the org is billed for the platform and how request revenue is split with VenueTunes.
The platform fee
Every venue on the standard plan is $99/month, billed to the org. Bulk discounts apply for 5+ venues.
Revenue split
- Guest pays the request price.
- Stripe fees come off the top.
- The remainder is split by the venue's revshare setting (default 100% to venue).
Note
Custom revshare (for franchise partners or promoter deals) is set per venue in Org → Venues → <venue> → Billing.
Invoices
Monthly PDF invoices are emailed to the org billing contact and available for download from the Billing tab.
