When do I get charged?＋
After your 14-day trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed.
What if I outgrow Starter?＋
Upgrade to Growth in one click — your existing venue, branding, and DJ accounts come with you. Pro-rated for the current period.
How are multiple venues billed?＋
On Starter, each additional venue adds a $99/mo seat. Growth covers up to 3 venues flat. Multi-location is custom — talk to sales.
What about processing fees?＋
Each song-request payment is processed through secure checkout at the standard rate. VenueTunes does not take a cut of song-request revenue on the platform fee — you keep the rest.
Do you offer discounts for annual?＋
Yes. Annual pricing knocks ~2 months off any tier. Mention it in the signup flow or contact us.
Can I cancel?＋
Yes — from the billing portal, anytime. Your venues stay live until the end of the billing period.
