Refund Policy

Automatic refunds
If a song you requested is not played before the DJ closes the session, you are automatically refunded through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Manual refunds
If you believe a request was incorrectly charged or skipped, contact the venue or request a refund from your account billing page. Most venues approve refund requests within 24 hours.
Subscription refunds
Venue subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; current-period charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
