Who we are
VenueTunes operates the venuetunes.com platform that lets venues accept paid song requests from guests.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, role, venue/org affiliation.
- Payment metadata from secure checkout providers (we never store card numbers).
- Song-request data: timestamps, track IDs, prices.
- Operational telemetry: device, IP, audit logs.
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate users, process payments, queue requests, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
Subprocessors
- Secure checkout providers — payments
- Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — database, auth, storage
- Cloudflare — edge runtime and CDN
- Spotify — song catalog metadata (no playback through us)

VenueTunes is not directed at children under 13.
