Acceptable use

You may not use VenueTunes to harass other users, violate the rights of song-rights holders, or attempt to bypass the payment flow.

Venue responsibilities

Venues are responsible for the music played in their physical premises, including any public-performance licensing required by local law (e.g. ASCAP/BMI/SESAC in the US).

Customer requests

Each paid song request is a request, not a guarantee. If the DJ does not play the song before the session closes, the customer is automatically refunded.

Fees

Venues pay a flat $99/month per venue subscription. Payment processing fees apply to each song-request payment.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Outstanding paid requests in flight at termination are refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueTunes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
