The big picture

VenueTunes is a self-serve jukebox platform. There are five main roles:

  • Customers (guests) — walk into a venue, scan a QR, request a song, and pay a small fee.
  • DJs — run the booth. They see requests come in, approve or decline them, and control the queue.
  • Venue admins — set pricing, branding, hours, and staff for a single location.
  • Org admins — manage multiple venues, billing, and revenue splits.
  • Super admins — VenueTunes staff who oversee the whole platform.
