Audit trail
Every action in the booth is recorded. If a guest asks why, the answer is one click away.
What's logged
- Status changes — Queued → Playing → Played → Declined.
- Payment events — authorized, captured, voided, refunded (with Stripe PaymentIntent ID).
- Governance — genre lock changes, song and guest blocks.
- Bulk actions — one row per affected request.
Where to see it
- Per-request — click any queue row to expand its history.
- Per-venue — the audit tab in the DJ dashboard shows the last 200 events.
- Cross-venue — super admins have a global audit view. See Cross-venue audit.
What's in each row
- Actor (who did it — DJ, admin, webhook, system)
- Action (e.g. status:played, declined, captured)
- From/to status
- Reason and note
- Stripe PaymentIntent ID
- Timestamp
